and what causes you to think he is aimbotting?  nothing I see sugests it.

Because his most played army is MEC, and his most played kit is sniper (meaning the SVD, the aimbotter's weapon). Also, notice his average sniper KDR. That amount of deaths and kills seems to indicate aimbotting.

its high but not outrageous,(kdr) what I noticed was accuracy with sniper....32% kinda low for sniper I think...average at best. If he is aimbotting he should get a better one cause that one isnt that good.

Actually LOADS of things prevent cheating. The main problem is that loads of things are NOT managed by the server, but by the client (which is why you get less lag EVEN with 64 people on the map). However, PunkBuster will ONLY look for things in the client which it KNOWS about. PunkBuster is a programme, not a god. If you wanna go totally cheatfree, you need to play only games that has NO client installed locally. I can't offhand think of many, and certainly none as complex as BF2.

Personally, I just hate having spent tonnes of dough on a nice new GFX card, cpu, memory etc etc. only to find that some lameass is sniping me from somewhere so far away that he never even gets spotted wile totally zoomed out on the minimap. And no, I'm quite sure it was a nofog cheat, and not a case of "ultrahigh" settings....

I'm a firm believer that BF2 should do what America's Army does with punkbuster - have punkbuster take screenshtos of your screen at intervals during gameplay, and then post them to the IP of the server.  If you type the server IP into an IE window, itll show you the SS's of everyone in the server and you can see who's cheating or not.  This way it would make it easier to wipe the stats of those people who hack/glitch etc.

Now the stuff which im not certain of his participation in:-   When he was pulling off these impossible shots, supply crates where being dropped to him.  That might not sound strange, but when i blew up the supply crate with C4 another crate dropped instantly.  I continued to C4 these crates to dim his obvious unfair advantage, and within 1 minute, at least 30 crates where dropped.  Like i said im not certain of his involvement in this equally BLATANT cheat, or if the commander was maybe cheating alongside this guy (mclane99).  Anyways the worst part of all this is that this happened last night 03-07-07, and when i mentioned to him that he was a noob cheat, that had most likely been caught before and had his stats reset as he was ranked only as a corporal at this time, his reply was that he was only a corporal because he had only just bought the game and that he wasnt cheating at all.  So you can imagine how hard i laughed today when i checked his stats, only to find that he had been promoted to a FOUR STAR GENERAL overnight!!! 

Anyways, his PID# and a few screenshots will follow, evidence of his overnight promotion, his amazing score compared to everyone else on the server last night (using only his SVD) and ill post a screenshot of the score board with the commander at the times name, if you think that MCLANE is innocent of the continuous and instantanious supply drops.

Well considering he told me that he was new to the game hence the rank, i dont think he was a victim of the rank glitch.  If that were the case then he would have defended himself and said that the reason he was corporal was the rank glitch as everyone knows what it is.  The fact is he admitted that he had only recently bought the game and yes any GOOD sniper can get a score like the one he had, but not shooting round corners and definitely not killing 4 people within a split second.  Next time ill follow him into a server, fraps his ass, and post on youtube and see what you think then when you are watching it with your own eyes, oh and also i guess that the other 30 people that were being shot round corners and from impossible distances must have been wrong to think he was cheating too.
