UPDATE: I got the promotion to full time senior tech. Still have a perfect gpa in school, just finished a tough summer semester which really kicked my ass but I pulled through with A's.Mitch wrote:

Bought a bunch of bbq accoutrements and the weather heats back up on thursday to grill some flank steak (the best cut of beef there is). I also have friday off for a friends bachelor party so thursday will be a good day.

I went to a BBQ yesterday. Had some Sirloin burgers. Best burgers ever. Buy some of those.
Good god. Not paying attention I grabbed a separate hunk of meet out to marinate and got it all the way to the grill before I realized it didn't look like flank steak. Im not sure what cut of meet it is but that's what's going in the fajitas tonight. I guess I still have the flank for sometime else.
