Headset broked. What to buy?

Need something with a mic. What do you boys, n' the occasional gal, use/recommend?

I'd prefer something comfy that would cover the ears as much as possible to minimize the random surrounding noise in the house.

got this as a birthday present for my brother. was really surprised at the quality of sound, considering that thing is, basically, a high frequency radio. there is an occasional flicker of static, and of course one wouldn't want to listen for subtle nuances of lizst performances through those, still there being no annoying wire feels hugely liberating. very good choice for gaming or watching tv, imo.

if you open your mind too much your brain will fall out.

No mic, no go. Got a few ear-speakers already for looking only purposes.

Still not going to. I don't want to keep yelling so the mic will get activated or keep it constantly receiving so every noise in the house will go through. A clanmate uses a desktop mic and we hear his wife showering every now and then. It's a bit distracting when you're trying to fly a Viper while you hear splishy splashy sounds and think of firing your own cannon instead of the one mounted on the helikeli.

Yeah the mic was the issue with the 2 I had, also shoddy wiring. Then their customer service simply ignores you. If you google a bit you will see the company has a crap service track record. Thy are the same people that make Saitek.
