Remember how I complained about LA Noire? It's 50% off now.
So he mentioned. Skimmed completely over it.
Glad I found it, either way. I wanted to play the thing for the longest time.

Let me know if the PC version is any good, otherwise I'll just buy it for console.unnamednewbie13 wrote:

Dead Island is tempting. But everyone else has already played it and no one will play it with me ;_;
OH GOD STEAM SLOW DOWN, I CAN'T KEEP UP
Between Steam sales and indie bundles i've barely managed to touch any of these yet...
Hmm.. I thought about buying the GTA complete just for Liberty City Stories, not sure if I want it for €10 tho'

Steam version won't launch at all past the configuration window. Don't know about the box version. Apparently this is a common issue. One solution I've seen is to install it to a folder without spaces. Another is to disable UAC.TopHat01 wrote:

Why would you not have UAC disabled anyways?

Because I never bothered.
Another solution I read about is to start Steam in admin mode. But really, you'd think this would've been troubleshooted before the PC release.

Anyone that hasn't gotten all the GTA games and DLCs, now's the time to do it, it's $12.50 for the entire GTA pack including GTA IV, which by itself is 5 bucks
And it only took me an hour to get GTA IV working.
what?Spidery_Yoda wrote:

Well the combination of Social Club and GFWL (that didnt even try and start up causing the game to crash) meant it took me an hour to get it working.
And I've heard stories that it took other people even longer.

Social club isn't required anymore They patched that out a long time ago...Spidery_Yoda wrote:
