it's an odd one. i thought Rodgers was doing the right thing turning them down, but it'll be interesting to see how Liverpool fans will react that wanted a European proven big named manager

I couldnt of said it any better myself TS. Ive grown to 'like', ummmm 'Tolerate' Swansea this season and given them credit. He was doing a great job, why gamble and join a club where he knows his name isnt big enough and the fans demand so much? He's 39 so wasnt like time was running out.
I think its a mistake for both parties and feel sorry for Swansea fans who yet again have had a manager say one thing and go and do another. But hey, thats football / life for you, contracts and handshakes aint worth shit.
