Yeah, they're a solid steakhouse. They do the whole 'wheel the steaks out to the table' bit. Best steak I've had was at Delmonico's on Wall Street. Went there for Restaurant Week and the prix fixe. Fantastic.

One of my favorite local places. Very reasonable prices, and their smoked sirloin (yes, sirloin) is fucking unbelievable. You could cut it with a fork. I get it every time I go there.

Several high-end steak joints around here. But it's Texas, so it's a requirement.

I'm a medium-rare steak eater, so putting bread crumbs on steak defeats the purpose of enjoying the texture and flavor.  I'll take medium-well for carne asada style though.

Ahh, but country/chicken fried steak is a different breed. It's not meant to be eaten rare. It's pounded thin, breaded, and served with gravy. The gravy is the star, not the steak.

Yes, which is why I don't particularly like it.  Personal preference.

As for porkchops, why on earth eat out for it?  It's one of the simplest things to cook at home.

Here's the recipe for your Outback pork chops:

1/4 c honey
1/4 c sweet orange marmalade
1/2 ts dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Heat and serve with pork chops or other
meats.
