If you can put up with a bit of jankiness without acting like it is the end of the world and can embrace silliness then 9+/10. Non co-op I am not sure if it would be as amazing but I am sure it would still be a lot of fun. The difference is that co-op you can laugh at each others ridiculous stunts/characters etc and not just echo chamber your own.

I guarantee there is a whole segment of gamers that would hate the shit out of this game though, it isn't serious and is clearly console oriented. The way it just jumps from ridiculous game/movie cliche to ridiculous game/movie cliche is unmatched though. You know a game is pretty special when it awards you with a pixel tank that shoots blocks after doing a tron-like mission.
