Forza Horizon 3 takes place in Australia
At least they fixed the crappy coh 2 warspoils system. Sucks I didn't get any fucking supply points because of farming. There were a few duplicates that I didn't get from farming, yet I ended up without any supply points. At least they didn't remove any of the commanders i got from farming.
The irony of guns, is that they can save lives.
So wait, can you no longer farm for warspoils in CoH2, or did they just change how you get stuff?
There was a special script and map I used to farm that increases ingame time(which therefore increased probability of earning points) as well as automatically starts a new game. I often used it when going to bed or going out. The devs will now ban you if you use it now, though, but considering the changes and that duplicate items give you an ingame currency called "supply points" that you can spend on specific commanders and skins, it is not necessary anymore.unnamednewbie13 wrote:

I have no regrets farming for warspoils before the changes, as the warspoil system was bullshit at the time. Gave me the Pershing and Tank Hunting commanders.

Did they at least change it to where you can unsubscribe from a map and it will no longer redownload itself? Because I don't even want to see my farm maps if they're now bannable.
6:1 KDR (though if you factor in the fact that I was controlling most of the PRC's army, not as good)!
The Chinese offensive in Italy
Not even Rommel can hold back the Chinese hordes!

Pub stomping in tf2. Overwatch looks gay tbh. Press Q to win seems retarded.
If anyone's considering pulling the trigger on Doom 2016, I'd suggest waiting a bit. Lately, the game has been getting a lot of CTD with no errors for a lot of people. Me included. Nothing quite destroys immersion like having to load back into a checkpoint (or restart the map if you're trying to find secrets on an old one and there's no quicksave) and kill a bunch of demons (or listen to Samuel Hayden's office speech) because the game isn't running stable.
Unsure what's causing it. Game update? Driver update? Didn't start for me until a few weeks into its release, and in that time there've been both. Going to shelve it for a bit and move on.

Steam won't even let me buy the one thing I was looking forward to buying this time.SuperJail Warden wrote:

There's a remastered version of System Shock that they're funding on Kickstarter:

I still read your name in my head as "j-numbers."
I think most people do on here. In most games over the mic people just call me j5
Is alive!!

Nothing like a game that both doesn't live up to its hype and releases as a buggy mess
But all those straight-faced interviews for No Man's Sky!
It should go rough on a game when they go back on development promises, even if they did redact them at the last minute. $59 for a less-than-AAA title with a slimy cheaty spaceship pre-order incentive. It didn't take Doom very long to see a sale price drop. I wonder how long it will take NMS to hit the $10 mark.

Had a discussion with a buddy of mine this weekend on it. Both he and I are waiting for it to come down to about $20. By then it should be patched enough too.
I remember having the same conversation a few days ago.
The funny thing is, if you check on all of the reasonably negative reviews on Steam, the game still has an army of supporters downvoting them.

Hit reg sucks yo. Y'all know when the next patch is coming?
"End Hunting."
OK, PETA.

Sounds like No Mans Sky is relatively pointless after a few hours
What's interesting is if they had released this for $10 (or $5 or $0) people would heralded it as an AMAZING game. Minus a story and things to do, it sounds like it is. Since you have to pay the full $60 for game banking on 'art' and advancements in procedural generation, everyone is calling it shit.
