Just work on your K/D. Make sure you go for objectives, while keeping an eye out for anything. If you play recon a lot, don't neglect C4. You can effectively throw bricks with practice.

PC Stats

Nice KDR on both. Xbox WLR could be better. PC WLR is great. High SPM and lots of LMG kills tells me you like being a conquest medic. Too much M60 and not enough Mines for my taste but otherwise very solid. 8/10
