I think this is a universal code enter it and you should get a free U3 theme for your PS3, if not register for updates on unchartedthegame.com and they will send you an email with a code.

So I tried it and the good news: the EU code works, well atleast it did for me.
Bad(ish) news. It is pretty much the already free (no code required) background of Uncharted 3 on PSN but obviously the icons have been altered a bit.
