It's not what you might expect though.
Between buying a house and buying materials to smith with I have been spending mine pretty well. Without smithing though there isnt really much - my other expenses are just arrows/lockpicks/potions and they cost nothing.Stimey wrote:

What are good places to get light armor?
Making it with blacksmithing is hardly an option as i already have the elven gear and i dont feel like investing skill points in it with my thief-like character.

Biggest advantage to smithing is not making the armour but improving it, with high enough skill you basically double the armour rating and add 10-20 attack rating on weapons.
Thieves Guild armour is pretty awesome (Riften).

Meh, count together all that time used to mine, craft and sharpen it and you could have done a quest where something better (potentially even enchanted) would have dropped anyway with no effort...TimmmmaaaaH wrote:

Orc's normally tall, dwarfs normally small.. I get it, but it's a very bad pun and dwarfs in TES are not small...
