i can understand the logic behind limited/special edition products if the original/standard edition is actually popular, or well known
there are so many damn watches though, and it is such an individual preference...

I liked the look of the watch and I found it at an outlet for quite a bit off the regular price. Also, I prefer modest to flashy and I like the luminox brand.

I guess G-Shocks are only worn by military wannabe's considering SF make use of them.
Luminox make perfectly acceptable, average watches. They use the same movements as everyone else. They're no more reliable than anyone else. I'm sure plenty of people do buy watches based on their marketing, but Luminox are one brand who I always observe to be worn by people like Brad and yourself. And obviously people in or former US military.

I think I ditch time alltogether. It´s just another means of opression from the world leaders and the industry to funnel us into their systems!
Their 'basic' ones start at around 10 grand, so are almost affordable on a decent salary and providing you prioritise watches over vacations and such.Uzique wrote:

Watches are utility for me. I wear my G-Shock if I'm in and around construction, power tools, or rocks/beach/fishing. But my day to day is an atomic eco-drive as well, the Skyhawk Titanium. Works wonderfully when traveling. I had a Blue Angel prior to this Skyhawk.
