Open the top image in photoshop,
Press "new layer"
Copy/paste the Levi's logo into the new layer
press ctrl + T, and remember to hold SHIFT as you resize to avoid stretching it. then click and drag it down to the corner

I personally would place it in the bottom left corner. (see the Reg. Trademark sign, it's cut off, also I think it'd look better there)

I do another way, i take open the 2nd image in another PS window then right click on the tab > move to window then i Ctrl +Shift somthing it into the 1st image then resize it into the corner... works both ways though
