So what ratings do you look for in a game? For me, the rating doesn't mean the game will be good or bad. But, it sometimes does. Higher ratings tend to be better games, since more people buy them and they are made by more experienced companies. However, many E and T games have made brilliant strategies in the past. For me, probably T games, because although M's are usually the best, I like many strategy games that are rated between E and T, and I only own one M game (at the moment, sold some of my others), cod5.
