To my knowledge, it only effects the person that is processing the request. That is, if i post in AU chats, it wont effect someone who is simply brosing EE, only me for 30-60 seconds.
Or at least, i dont recognise any issues when i'm not browsing AU chats, when other ARE making posts in it.

if that's all it was it would be fine, but i'm pretty sure it affects everyone, whenever bf2s goes slow and won't load i can be sure someone is posting in AU, and after it finally does load I can see I was right
