can someone explain why they dont have their own dedicated servers and make users the hosts? i mean for the money they make you would think it wouldnt be a probelm.

There are alot of companies that offer servers for x amount of money per player-slot or server.. e.g. Multiplay.co.uk
But you can do it yourself if you have the hardware and bandwidth to do so, by simply downloading the dedicated server file(s) and running it... e.g. Source Dedicated server on steam...

They have main servers like with Black-Cops, likely located in major cities. Once again, you'd most likely be connecting to one in Chicago.
As the the actual servers that you play on. Those are owned by private GSPs, like the PC servers. However they are rented by EA. These are located in several major cities. I know one provider is in NYC, another somewhere in Virginia, another in Chicago but they really could be anywhere. Unlike with the Black-Cops servers, the BC2 servers are hosted on dedicated machines, so they have significantly less lag, inspire of the game requiring significantly more resources. They also are less likely to drop you, the only time that they would is if they crash, which is much less likely than the host of a CoD style listen server leaving the game or his console crashing or his internet getting fucked up somehow.
tl;dr, BC2 has dedicated servers on console, CoD only has them on PC or not at all.

It seems whenever a player manages to catch onto a killstreak of above 6 kills, your clan players/admins seem to get suspicious. I'm sure their suspicions could be justified in the sense that latency may be an issue here, but I saw a few other players in other nights get treated quite similarly to what happened to me just then.
I'm just asking what exactly is the issue here, why was I banned, and how is it that players immediately get suspicious when someone starts winning the game for their team.

I have also spectated you on many occassions and I do think you are sus. Having played FPS for over 17 years it is easy to know "when something is not right". I have viewed many videos and had others Spec you over the past two weeks. It was a general consenses that you are a cheater and you were banned for this reason.
Getting a score of 41/9 is great, I just hope you got the points before I banned you, becuase you won't get anymore points on our server.
