* Fixed receiving damage not causing view-kicks on players.
* Fixed Engineers & Spies being able to circumvent build restrictions.
* Fixed Server Browser not saving filter settings properly.
* Fixed a client crash in the targetID on clients running custom HUDs

Thank god the flaregun was returned to normal. Now with my current loadout (Flamethrower + Flaregun + Axtinguisher) I can still actually burn people to death.

Oh dear well Valve failed to fix the infinite engy building bug. You can still do it just as easily. I don't mind it's cool seeing 50 dispensers in one room.
