Ok so apparently SitRep pro does cancel out ninja pro. Some guy had it equipped and was accusing me of haxlulz when I told him I was simply listening. And I did see his perk selection on a kill cam to confirm.
But I'm still not 100% positive. Anyone wanna hop in a private game to test this some time?

Spec. Nade: Doesn't matter
Equipment: Semtex
Perk 1: Scavanger
Perk 2: Danger Close
Perk 3: Doesn't matter, but steady-aim and last stand aren't too good here.
So yeah, suck on that. 4 grenades before I need to resupply, and I can resupply real easy.
