MW2. I was a big fan of the series right from the beginning, and i thought 4 was a good MP and SP game, but MW2 the MP is dire. The maps are terrible, the weapons are badly balanced, the perks are ridiculous and the killstreaks just take the piss. Admittedly the Special Ops is a lot of fun with 2 people and the SP is enjoyable, but the MP is such a letdown.

I was going to say Far Cry 2, but then again Ive never really heard anything positive about it anyway.
Maybe TF2 as it is now. Back in the day when I was actually keen for that stuff it was sweet as, but since then (when I was 15), my tastes have moved onto different matters and I find the game no longer entertaining for longer than 5 minutes.
