I am currently a Sgt and i got enough points to rank up to the Staff Sgt position but i'm still stuck with the Sgt position and i did not get a weapon unlock. Can anyone help me?

How long has it passed since you earned a new rank? (how many days)
Its been a day.
When you are qualified for the next rank (you've got the amount of points needed) you can disconnect from the server you've been playing at, and join another server. Then you just need one (1) point to rank. If this doesn't work, you must wait some hours and then play again.
According to you stats you have about 25000 points now and have the correct rank?

Problem is solved seeing as he is Staff Sgt.
