I have the BF2 files downloaded but I cant install it cause the "steam servers are busy". I love steam, but they need to fix that shit.

That means all addons are with it.
If by "store" you mean an actual shop, then you will, unless the BF2 you buy is the complete or Deluxe edition.

I got the bf2 deal to regain access to most EU servers and get bf2 working with steam. Well worth it.
