No.  But I do light cardio to keep my bodyfat low. just enought to keep my heart rate up.

I got the Wii Fit Plus for xmas.  It is quite a workout.  So, three days a week I do the Wii Fit and two days at the gym doing 30 minutes on bike and then lifting.

Quite a broad comment here, but what is a good way to get rid of a very small pot belly? I am skinny all over except a little bit there

Want to get rid of it so I can get a proper 6 pack, not half of one while I am waiting for my chest to get fixed. I don't want to lose much weight anywhere else if it can be helped.

At the moment very bad, alot of problems with our flat so eating bad at the moment. But in the next month it will be alot better.

No breakfast, a sandwich or 9p Tesco noodles for lunch. Then at about 7 a healthy meal, my flatmate is vegan so he normally makes something nice.

It's terrible I know, i know what I should be eating it's just very hard right now. I take it it would be very hard to drop my body fat with just cardio yeah? I started running every second day for a few weeks, that's going to start again this coming monday. But I imagine i'll need alot more

Yeah, eating more frequently and more balanced will jump start your metabolism and help you processes and burn excess fat.  Try to eat at least five small meals a day and running a few days a week will melt it off pretty quickly.  I would try and run a few miles at least 3/4 times a week.

Can I get peoples opinions on this workout: (been doing it for awhile now)
4 X 10 Bench Press
3 X 10 Invert Press
3 X 10 Military Press
3 x 10 Flys
3 X 10 Curls
3 X 10 Triceps  - not sure of name, knee on bench, other leg out behind, back parallel to floor, upper arm parallel to body, extend lower arm out parallel to body and back again)
3 X 10 Leg Press
3 X 10 Lat Pulls
3 X 10 Sit-ups
3 X 10 Leg Extension
3 X 10 Leg Curl

And then I try to run a couple miles 2-3 times a week, will step that up more with warmer weather as well.

Obviously increasing in weight and so forth as I go along. I'm fairly new to the whole deal (coming up on two months now) and have gone every other day without missing once so far in that time period. I'm 16 now, will be 17 in April, and don't have much knowledge at all on this, so just wondering if there's anything I could be doing better.

Seems like a good all around workout.  However, I think you would see more gains breaking up your muscle groups into more dedicated days instead of doing a little for each group each day.  This will give you body more time to recouperate and build too between workouts.
