also is this playable without a mouse (touchpad) and how many hours is it?

You could definitely go way over 50 if you do every side quest. I've done almost every single one and I'm almost at 100 hours.Aries_37 wrote:

Well, I've played this some more and now that I've gotten used to it, I'm loving it
I just had sexy time with Morrigan, I suppose the next logical step is buttsecks with Zevran.

Does anyone else here get frequent crashes? Randomly, I keep getting them all the time. Even with AA on and off.

During the battle with the rage demon at Soldier's Peek my commands have a 1-2 second delay. On two different computers I've had the same experience. Its weird since it isn't a large battle with lots of enemies on screen.

Having some difficulties.
Ever since Dragon Age (non-steam install) was crashed by a steam multi-user chat request last night, it wont run for more than a minute before locking up the PC completely. I'm thinking the problem isn't just Dragon Age though, as when I got up this morning the PC wasn't responding to input and the monitor was reading no-input.
Anybody heard of anything like this happening before?

Downloaded Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate (which also comes with Awaking) during the latter days of my vacation.
Took me a while to get to know most of the in-game interface but I am growing to like game's indepth controls.
Morrigan is pissing me off. I give her gifts to like me then when I accept "rescuing kittens from trees" missions just to earn experience or coins, she gives me -10 Approval .....

You have to ask questions to get her to open up about herself, but also pick some dialogue options that come off as cold...anything sappy and she basically scoffs at you.
And I don't remember exactly how the game does it, but you also might avoid those negative approval points by simply not taking her on those types of quests.
I think I might just fire this game up, it's been long enough that I think I could replay it.

The biotch automatically disapproves when I take side missions or agree to aid someone. If her disapproval rating reaches zero, will she leave the party or betray me?
