Body highs seem pretty awesome now. But I think they're better suited to lazy nights in with only a few people at most. For parties or actually wanting to do stuff (aka mostly for daytime smoking) I think sativas and sativa-dominant hybrids are better. I also found that a body high doesn't do the same thing to music and movies that a head high does.

I prefer a body high usually: All the little physical aches and pains go away and sometimes you even get a tingly sensation if you're high enough, and you're also free to just think about things and immerse yourself in the significance of whatever you're doing. This is a good kind of high for active thinking like socializing and watching movies or playing videogames. I personally find this kind of high to even improve my sense of empathy and ability to connect to people
A head high also makes you feel good but then you're pretty much retarded by comparison, thoughts feel cloudy and it's harder to think deeply about things but this also makes it easier to sit back and just purely enjoy things and not analyze them. It's generally a more stoned and lazy feeling than a body high in my opinion. I greatly prefer this kind of high when I'm driving(on long empty stretches of road) and/or listening to music

Shit, actually I think I might have waited a little too long. Trichomes at the bottom are almost all brown/amber and at the top it's a mix. Reading up now, I realize that probably would've been nicer if the upper ones were more clear.

So my mom knows that I like weed now, but she wants me to stop so I can get the stupid NSA job. Other than that, she didn't seem very bothered by it, I was surprised. I know she knows my brother does it literally all day every day whenever possible but I think she expects big things of me unlike him

I had to keep bullshitting and giving other reasons to my grandma for why I didn't want to talk to the guy from NSA because I'm not eligible for the job anyway, and of course grandma always acts like a child when somebody doesn't do what she wants them to and then she told my mom and made it seem like a waste on purpose. My mom then told me what she said this morning and then asked "Have you ever tried pot?". My grandma lives next door to some guy that's like 23 with no degree but he works for the NSA and has Asperger's and apparently most of the IT department there also have Asperger's with no degree so I would pretty much be guaranteed the job if I didn't partake in the use of a "controlled substance" but obviously I can't just tell grandma that. My brother thinks she would just give me a verbal slap on the wrist and drop it altogether if I told her I couldn't do it because I smoke weed, but I know that my whole family expects a lot of out of me for how good I am with computers and I know she would make a huge deal out of it being such a waste if I confessed that to her and then she would go behind my back and convince my mom to force me to do it, sort of like what's actually happening anyway.
Not being able to smoke isn't the only reason I don't want the job, I've also heard of long 3 hour sessions with the polygraph test where they pretend it's an interview to see if you've ever done anything illegal but it's really them interrogating you to make sure you can hold secrets for the Federal Government, and you have to redo this every year or two. I just can't stand having to do demeaning shit like that but grandma is just too ignorant and can't take no for an answer because she has her own agenda.
