If you want 2 hats for free, (well technically a hatless version ) for the engineer and scout, start a round or spawn during a match as Demoman.

Hit "G" to taunt and while he is still saying "ka-boooom", quickly change class to either Engineer or Scout.

Both will now be hatless to you and everyone else on the server will see them as hatless also.

If you already knew this, great. If you didn't, now you do.

Yeah I do this occassionally as an Engy if I remember. Just for variety

I don't like doing it as Scout so much because his headphones+mic stays there and it looks a bit odd.
