Don't think so, it just happened. Funny thing is, i even left the server, then came back on a few mins later and it started giving me items again. I had to quit the game for it to stop.
Oh, and give me a pm for my steam name if you're missing some of the items when the trade update comes. I might still have something you need if I haven't already traded them away to friends.

Besides the huntsman, I only found a few items I already had (sandwich,axtinguisher,backburner) since today. Then today I played one hour and got everything you see from the 2nd pair of KGB. I got so many things, I didn't even get a notice about it for some (like the 2 engy hats). No, it was no achievement server. I was like the only one that got unlocks there. For some reason, I always got an unlock and a hat together. No idea what happened. Want a prussian pickelhaube?

I haven't got a lot since the first 2-3 days, but then again I don't idle my game or anything because most the unlocks (even the new Spy/Sniper ones) are pretty pointless to me. The hats are cool but I guess they'll just come in time...
