I find it funny that you guys bitch about non existant service from EA, then wonder why people would consider playing a game they need to pay for. Imagine having a patch every day, or even more often if required. Issues that affect game play actually dealt with.
I find it sickening that I started playing BF about a month and a half ago, and there has been NO patches or any fixes to bugs in that time, cheating is rampant in many forms, and honestly the Server Interface is something a second year comp science student could code with his eyes closed.
If you want good service, you need to pay for it. I would GLADLY pay for constant service, new maps on a weekly basis, weekly patches etc.

BF2 has a similar system to MMO's: RANK SYSTEM. LEVEL SYSTEM. see the similarity? BF2 player: "I cant wait till gunnery sgt. lolz0z0rz lmfao1!1noobxzz!" WoW player: "I cant wait till level 56 lmafomaml!" Plus im sure the people on wow are nicer than the bf2 pricks, i hate basically 5/6 of the bf2 player population, all they care about is getting points and saying "pwnt" like the nerds they are. if i had the money i would pay extra for better service, as good service is as scarce in bf2 as food is in ethiopia.

ive played it for a bit. i throught i would be good cause i played a game called Runescape which is an online game like it. but when i played WOW it was just shit house. apart from the lag (No Australian servers). the whole point of it was crap. if u want a play a game like that play runescape. you can play for free (less stuff) or pay. but its only like $5 a month.. www.runescape.com alot of you people wouldn't like it but yea. it dosen't look as pretty seening as its a java game.

30$ a month, I thought it was 15, what a rip-off.
