Glitched out spawn point or something, as long as I stood there they kept spawning. Once I went from 65 to 5 fps I walked away and watched them all walk into each other and fall off the roof chasing me. Was pretty great.
I have 999999999 money because Ubisofts terrible cloud server ate my save game and I had collected a stupid amount of things so fuck doing shit like that second time.
