1st: Soldier Femshep import paragon - normal difficulty...
2nd: Infiltrator Maleshep new mostly renegade - insane difficulty...
3rd: Adept Maleshep new mostly paragon - veteran difficulty...

Nothing beats pull + melee/push/grenade/shotgun you will litteraly blow people into orbit since the pull effect causes them to have 0 weight...
