Trust me there is an underclass of degenerative nerdling Runescape kids that play that game for just as long if not longer periods of time than World of Warcraft. WoW is casual by design now and is easy to do-- you're a fool if you play it a lot because there is simply no need, you can have the best items and clear all the content with casual play now (much to the irk of old hardcore players, may I hasten to add) -- Runescape has so many timesinks and pointless skill/level grinds that you could play it for 80/hours a week and still only make modest progress. These free MMO's, especially the Korean/Asian ones, are insane for the grind treadmills and repetitive wankery. I would rather be addicted to something more casual and leisurely like WoW than addicted to a 5-pixel Java applet that involves nothing much more than cutting down logs for an infinite period of time.
