Actually I figured it out. If I set the image as my background via Firefox, it opens up with a little image of my monitor asking me if I wanna stretch, center, tile. After I set it on the stretch option, its pixelated.
BUT if I save the image first to my HDD, preview it with windows, right click and set it as background, it still stretches but its not as pixelated. So it's firefox that degrades the image I guess
Anyway, fixed the one above, the truck on the right has a hellalong white antenna or possible flag pole, it looked weird when I did teh lens blur so just erased it
