MEC SF Ribbon

I got all the requirements for this ribbon about 2 months ago and it still says on my stats that I never got it. I played Devil's Perch like a mad man tryin for it and the SEALS ribbons. Now I have the SEALS ribbon but not this one. What gives?

basically, there is a time IAR requirement to get it. play a long round on any of the mec sf maps and you'll get it.
