Gears = a boring gameplay style that I can't get into
L4D = a game that seems kinda fun but I wouldn't buy it.

Gears 2 is pretty damn short. I played it at my friend's house and we finished chapter 2 in like an hour and a half to 2 hours. L4D is a game you should be playing on PC tbh. CoD:WaW I'm not sure about. I still have to try it first. The fact that it's WW2 again makes me a lot more interested in it than I was for CoD4.
