Planar Sphere is next after i do the Valygar quest in the Council of Six building, even though i have finished this game 3 times before i still get the same tension when doing a quest and things start to heat up

finally finished of watchers keep but what sucks is that cromwell the dwarf can't forge half the cool crap i got from there, so i'll have to wait until im up to ToB.

I also had a crack at the shadow dragon, put him down in 3 seconds , i guess it helps when your party are all lvl 20 and up

i finally managed to put down shandalar and his party

had to go in alone with my cleric but i did it and i think the staff you get there is worth it
i think it was the hardest fight i ever had

nope second complete playthrough
tried several characters though

and this is the first character which i got through baldur's gate 1 and 2 (complete with the pantaloons enigma legit)

I have tried several characters before i ended up with the ones i like best, my first was a pure mage and that didn't go very well so i started over with the Kensai Fighter/Mage described on many forums and that was a hit

Sorcerer as i play now is also very good ... Bard seems to be a popular choice i've read on many forums but haven't tried that myself, maybe next time ... have also tried to solo with the Kensai but that was very hard so i finally had to get the Kill Sword to finish the game

personally, i think paladin is the best choice, keldorn isn't that great and theres just too many good weapons(Carsomyr +5 which can be upgraded to +6, purifier +4) for paladin that would go unused

mmk dilema, ive found all the ingredients to make the hammer of crom fayer(something like that) and its a really good war hammer, problem is id have to sacrfice my gauntlets of orge strength and my girdle of frost(i think) giant strength. these two items are kind of important to my party with out them cause imoen can only carry 50lbs which means basically nothing and having her able to carry 500lbs is kinda handy.

so what to you guys reckon, awesome hammer or gloves and girdle?

get another strength belt and build crom faeyr
i gave crom to my pc cleric and as soon as she got it she got a better thac0 than my fighters + higher damage
that hammer is the hardest to build but it is definitely worth doing it

i just love that thing

im up to the last battle agianst Melissan and i am getting my ass kicked, but i have a new tactic which invovles A LOT of wish scrolls so it should be interesting to see how it plays out.

when im done im gonna put some mods on it, add a couple more characters and so forth, still undecided whether i should import my lvl26 Cavalier or start off with a diff character who isnt a paladin(for once)

Try to solo, it's actually great fun ... and only team up with the few characters you have to to do the quests ... try the Kensai Fighter and dual to mage at lvl 12 ...

Ah the memories.

Had a Cleric of Talos, the bonus thunderbolts were dead handy at the low levels and being a prick in games is fun. Got Crom Fayer, the Equiliser and the Harbinger all forged at the docks. Had a great time. Korgan with a few proficiencies in hammer + Crom Fayer = best combo ever.

Completed afaik every quest in the game besides watchers keep. Played Throne of Bhaal but couldn't get into it for some reason.

What are the alignments again? I can't ever remember them properly beyond good, neutral and evil. Even though I've actually 'played' D&D.

also i finished Tob for the first time

ive started a new game with an undead hunter(surprise,surprise) and ive put the Saerelith mod on which should be good
