It keeps fucking crashing in creature stage when i attack people

I am getting it from Reloaded, but not that specific torrent. The torrent I have is only about 700 seeders and 140 leechers right now so it's much faster.Uzique wrote:
I hope you're getting the torrent from 'Loder (RELOADED). That seems to be the torrent communities biggest theft-story so far... like what is it now? 80,000 leechers and 10,000 seeders? . Such a huge statement being made against EA and their use of DRM- if those 80,000 people had bought the game it would have made EA millions!Ryan wrote:

My download will be done in like 2 hours, I'll let you know if I crash or not.Mutantsteak wrote:
I should just torrent it, it crashes so much, god dammit
The way that DRM operates within SPORE is to perform a DRM-check firstly on the serial key (which is normally attributed to an online EA account), and then to continually 'check' the game-status every 20 seconds or so whilst in-game to confirm that the game is legitimate. The way that torrented versions work is to use a crack-serial key and then stay playing in Offline mode with only Maxis content and creatures. If you chose to go Online and sign-in/register for Spore Online, the DRM system would immediately flag you up and your game would probably lock you out (or something to that effect, I don't know exactly what it does). Basically you can play the 'full game' from the torrented version; as in, you can experience all of the content. Just none of the Online or Community features will work. Personally I've ordered the game so I can have my own personal account, the online Sporepedia looks great!Ryan wrote:

There's nothing EA can do about it though. Over 30,000 people have torrented the game, they can't just send the FBI to their door and confiscate their computers.
Is EA using DRM though? Can they restrict the usage of the game downloaded by pirates? So far every 'pirate' I have seen that has the game is running it just fine.

Yea, I'm not going to go online, I'm just downloading it for the singleplayer.Uzique wrote:

Oh and the Reloaded upload doesn't crash at all- providing you mount the .ISO image correctly and follow the readme's installation instructions. Apply the crack and replace the Spore.exe with the cracked version and you should be able to play without pesky DRM demanding a valid EA-account CD key .
im having problems getting the game to workMachine_Madness wrote:

The key to space age is selling spices, some people pay up to 20,000 for one colour of spice, just bring shitloads of spice to them and you are rich.

If you own the planet, just flying over the planet gives you the spice.Peter wrote:
I kinda ignored the tutorials at the beggining of the space stage, does anyone know how to collect spice from colonies you've made on other planets?

But the plants don't stay there, all the different plant types say they are the wrong size and just disappear.Vilham wrote:
You need a small, medium and large plant type. that will stabilise the T score then you need 2 herbivores and 1 omni or carnivore then you can build another colony on the planet.
Thanks for point out the spelling mistake Krazed.
first get the planet into the right t zone by lowering/increasing temperature/atmosphere, then plant a small, medium and big plant to stabilize. Then add herbivores and then omni/carnivores.Peter wrote:

Have I not made it clear that the plants don't plant?Sydney wrote:
