Just won (my fourth) competition at the EAUK forums and I can choose a game from the list. I have a PC and 360. I do not plan on playing any 360 games in multiplayer.

Congratulations on winning the "How many can he stack?" competition. Here's the choice of games:

I already have Mass Effect (360), Kane's Wrath (PC) and have played through Crysis (my brother has it).

I'm thinking Battlefield. Any suggestions?

I say quick because I have the feeling that the games are on a first come first served basis for the 5 winners. If I don't have any replies within say half an hour- an hour i'm just going to pick one.

Yeah I just went for BF. Didn't want to wait any longer .

As for Mercs 2, they have a dedicated competition going on for that (ends tomorrow, fingers crossed ). Same with Spore. This competition was a sort of 'we have spare games that were sent to us' competition.

They ask a simple question, you google the answer, you pm them the answer along with address info etc, they pick a random name. UK residents only.

I honestly can't believe i've won 4 games like that. Burnout Paradise (about a day before its release ), Army of Two, Kane's Wrath (PC), and now Battlefield Bad Company. I also can't believe they still let me enter competitions .

I'm looking foward to the Red Alert 3 competition which'll prob happen .

I know you said you already chose, so sorry but....

Not BF:BC... Its fun multiplayer if you like console shooters, but the single player kinda sucked.
Nothing really inherently wrong it it, but its kinda just advancing towards the next marker shooting at guys... Really not much of a single player game. Even the DEVS said it was originally multiplayer only, and they just kinda tacked on the single player (well ok, they didn't say they just threw the single player on, but it was designed for multiplayer originally, and you can tell the single player was just thrown in.

Yeah I know the singleplayer isn't going to be amazing, but I'm not a sports game person and the only other games on the list I already have or have played extensively.

I doubt i'd play multiplayer anyway even if I could. I played the demo online for 15 hours and the actual game online for about 2 or 3 and I just wasn't impressed at all. Very poor compared to BF2.

But I figured the singleplayer should be fun enough .

well, if nothing else it is at least challenging.

They did a good job of making it so that your fairly worthless while being shot up. You can still take a lot of hits, and run off and heal....
But being shot limits your vision and impairs movement enough to still make it difficult to get away.
