As krazed said, many stores carry points cards worth up to 4000 points IIRC. I've gotten them many times. They come with a code to redeem the points.
7-11 even has them now.

As for point cards l've not seen many places that do them over here, but then again l have'nt been looking. I still think its damn unsporting for them to not give other payment options!
