I got bloody mess. It doesn't do that explodey thing all the time, I'd say less than half the time so don't worry about that. It might be a little harder to loot bodies, personally I think it makes it easier because the parts are spread all over the place (so you don't have to worry about not being able to find a body). It's helpful, gets you a lot more kill shots.

And is the Bloody Mess perk a waste? It sounds lulzy, but the nice thing about intact corpses is that they're easy to loot...

i think it'd get old.  if you want to see what it looks like, search bloody mess perk on google images.  that's what i did.  not worth the perk imo.

I chose it on my first playthrough too and it's a bit of a waste indeed. Picked it because I always used that perk in the other Fallouts. Somehow it seems a lot more convincing in 2D

    * Branchtender Cypress offers you a Missile Launcher + 1 or 2 Missiles
    * Branchtender Maple offers you the Maple's Garb, which offers +1 to Perception and +1 to Agility.

For setting Harold on fire

    * Negative Karma

I thought it was obvious that Fawkes was a guy. Then I again, I suppose it's possible for super mutants to be females (or had been female).

I was watching A Clockwork Orange for the first time today, and I had a feeling I had heard Alex DeLarge's (the main character) voice before... I look it up on Wikipedia, and guess who he plays? President Jooooooohn Henry Eden.

People find him annoying, but I find him hilarious. Especially with his reports after quests. Reminds me of the reports after missions in GTA Vice City, San Andreas and IV.

Paradise fall etc. is all dead.

The one thing I don't like about Paradise Falls and the subsequent quest there is how the only way to complete it is by getting bad karma. There's no good karma route, unlike most of the other quests like Oasis, Power of the Atom, You Gotta Shoot 'Em In The Head, etc.

Ok I finished it and just wanted to say the ending is just "lol wat" ....
Way too abrupt, I thought there was still a lot to play and well I was wrong .
So on to the mods with more quests and waiting for dlc....

I'm still working on the sidequests. I don't want to beat it yet, because I don't want to have to wait until March to be able to wander again (when Broken Steel comes out).

Although, an alternative save file could solve that problem, I suppose..
