One shot will knock her down but this does not do as much damage as three headshot from SVD which knocks her down on the third shot which gives more damage.
You can obtain both Bandana and Stealth through playing a 'Perfect' game, meaning 0 kills, 0 alerts, and 0 continue.
Bandana just requires 0 kills
Stealth requires 0 alert. <- this is not that hard.
They are both easy, they just take time and practice.
