Remember to switch hardeners and drones for each mission - this one is setup for guristas, serpentis, and EOM. It all permaruns with my skills and tanks 500 DPS - plenty for any level 3 out there. It's tank is even enough for level 4s if you had rigs/enough DPS (you won't ). With decent cap skills you should be able to tap the AB when needed and permarun the reps/perma shoot.
Medium armor repairer IIs don't take long to train, so get on it . Neither do the cap recharger/relay II skills. T2 drones are soooo worth it, and they don't require much training either. I assume you already have drones 5, so it's only scout drone operation 5 (a little under a week) to get the tech 2 drones, plus a level or two in each racial skill.
